Code of Conduct

Our Pledge#

We as contributors and maintainers of Rerius pledge to make participation in our project and community a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of age, body size, visible or invisible disability, ethnicity, sex characteristics, gender identity and expression, level of experience, education, socioeconomic status, nationality, personal appearance, race, caste, color, religion, or sexual identity and orientation.

We pledge to act and interact in ways that contribute to an open, welcoming, diverse, inclusive, and healthy community.

Our Standards#

Behavior that contributes to a positive environment:

  • Using welcoming and inclusive language
  • Respecting differing viewpoints and experiences
  • Giving and gracefully accepting constructive criticism
  • Focusing on what is best for the community
  • Showing empathy toward other community members

Unacceptable behavior:

  • The use of sexualized language or imagery, and sexual attention or advances of any kind
  • Trolling, insulting or derogatory comments, and personal or political attacks
  • Public or private harassment
  • Publishing others' private information (physical or email addresses) without explicit permission
  • Other conduct which could reasonably be considered inappropriate in a professional setting

Scope#

This Code of Conduct applies within all community spaces - GitHub issues, pull requests, discussions, the repository wiki, and any other official Rerius communication channels. It also applies when an individual is officially representing the project in public spaces.

Enforcement#

Instances of abusive, harassing, or otherwise unacceptable behavior can be reported privately to hub@rerius.sbs, through GitHub's built-in abuse reporting system, or, if you're comfortable with it being visible, via a GitHub Issue marked [CoC Report]. The private channels are recommended for reports involving another named individual.

All complaints will be reviewed and investigated promptly and fairly. Maintainers are obligated to respect the privacy and security of the reporter.

Enforcement consequences:

Severity Example Consequence
Correction Inappropriate language or minor rudeness Private written warning; public apology may be requested
Warning Sustained inappropriate behavior or single serious violation Temporary restriction from community interaction
Temporary Ban Serious or repeated violations Temporary ban from all community interaction
Permanent Ban Pattern of harassment, threats, or targeted abuse Permanent removal from the community
